The Verde Village Community Connection (VVCC) is calling a vote of members on amended Bylaws at its April 9th meeting at 7 PM the Verde Community Center.
Copies of the proposed Bylaws are available at the Free Library on the porch of the Ranch House there as well as online at vvpoa.net/bylaws. The current Bylaws are online on the same page for comparison as well as the Articles of Incorporation.
The Verde Village Property Owners Association is now doing business as Verde Village Community Connection. It is a 501(c)4 non-profit organization.
At the July 11, 2023 General Meeting, Voting Members of the VVCC unanimously approved changes in the VVPOA Articles of Incorporation.
Now, the proposed amendments to the Bylaws seek to clarify and simplify its structure by adding details about how the organization operates.
Verde Village property owners wishing to vote on this must be current members of the VVCC by April 7, 2024.
