Come join us to clean up the section of Highway 260 that runs through the Verde Village!
Meet your neighbors while you provide community service for up to 2 hours.
2025 dates are: February 15th, May 17th, August 16th, and November 15th.
Meet at the Church across from the Fire Station at 8 am. Address is 2080 Hwy 260, Cottonwood, AZ 86326.
- We provide trash bags, vests, grabbers, and nail sticks.
- Bring plenty of your own water to drink.
- Recommend wearing long sleeves and pants to protect against thorns.
- Be safe. If a hill is too steep, don’t go down it!
- Leave bags at the intersections or at the ends of the guardrails.
- Our goal is to pick up as much trash as possible.
We depend on the goodwill of neighbors to volunteer for activities like this as well as serve on the Board of Directors and committees that plan and carry out events for the benefit of the whole community.
